Limited series of collaborational pieces with Maysea Movement, an organisation supporting women and children living off-grid in Nicaragua. I loved working with this beautiful community; we worked on a project upcycling collected unwanted papers into canvases. These pieces were displayed and sold in San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua. The women also made and sold me a batch of paper to paint on, which includes this piece here. Handmade in Nicaragua, the batch of paper travelled through central and south America with me back to the UK where I have painted abstract landscapes and seascapes.
